Q.About how many people come to the food bank each day?
A. About 1,535 each daily basis.
Q.How can our community help stop poverty?
A. As a community we all need to come together and volunteer our time to help with food banks. You can do food drives, can drives, fundraisers, etc. Even a dollar can feed a family.
Q.How many donations do you get each day?
A.Probably about 250 donations.
Q.Do you think poverty affects education?
A. Yes, definetely. Hungry people definetly don't learn.
Q. What is your responsibibity here at the food bank?
A. I'm in charge of events that help raise money for the food bank.
Q. Why do you volunteer/work here?
A. I have always liked this career because they ( the food bank ) helped me, and I want to help them.
Q.How often do you volunteer?
A.I volunteer here once or twice a month.
